1. General

  • These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kamlodabhavi Resort website (kamlodabhaviresort.com) and all services offered by us.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by the resort.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or reference number from us.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including valid government-issued photo ID for all guests (as required under Indian hotel regulations).
  • Kamlodabhavi Resort reserves the right to cancel a booking if inaccurate information is provided or if the guest is found to be in violation of our policies.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In: 2:00 PM | Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) at check-in.
  • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa at check-in, as required by law.

4. Payment Terms

  • Room tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Full or partial prepayment may be required at the time of booking for certain room types or packages.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash payments are also accepted at the property.
  • All charges for services used during the stay (room service, spa, restaurant, etc.) must be settled at check-out.
  • A security deposit may be required at check-in and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the room.

5. Guest Conduct & Resort Rules

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, and the property at all times.
  • Kamlodabhavi Resort is a responsible tourism property. Guests must respect the natural surroundings, local culture, and spiritual significance of Rishikesh.
  • Consumption of non-vegetarian food and alcohol within the resort premises is not permitted, in keeping with the spiritual character of our resort and the local guidelines of Rishikesh.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
  • Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
  • Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Designated smoking areas may be available on the property.
  • Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • The resort reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises for misconduct without refund.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Privacy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Kamlodabhavi Resort shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay. We recommend the use of the in-room safe.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the booking in question.

9. Website Use

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Kamlodabhavi Resort and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not liable for any downtime or technical errors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India.
